How do I know if my online appointment was booked?
When you successfully schedule an appointment online, you should receive an appointment confirmation by email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when booking, and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.
Depending on your notification preferences, you may also receive text reminders before your appointment. Text reminders are helpful, but your email confirmation is the best way to verify that your appointment was booked.
If you entered a credit card to reserve your appointment, this does not always mean the booking was fully completed. Please look for the final confirmation screen and your confirmation email before assuming your appointment is on the schedule.
If you arrive and no one appears to be available, please double-check the date and time on your confirmation. Occasionally, clients accidentally book for the following week or a different date than they intended.
