Sugaring Intake Form ~ Must be completed prior to your visit (only once, not every visit)

When you arrive: The main door of the building is auto-locked for safety. When you have an appointment, we are anticipating your arrival and will be looking out for you.

If our suites are locked we are still in session but will be with you shortly. If the main door is open, you may have a seat in the chair in front of suite 103.
Please understand that we afford every client the courtesy of a private and discreet service. Clients may discuss matters of a personal and medical nature. For these reasons, this is why we ask clients to wait outside the suite until we are ready for them. We make every effort to allow ample time between services to complete the service and necessary disinfection. On occasion, we may run a few minutes behind. We will always make an attempt to call you if we feel we are grossly behind schedule. We promise to take very good care of you at all times! We realize your time is just as valuable as ours.
Cancellation and NO SHOW, and Deposit Policy: Effective/Updated January 27, 2025
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note the following policy:
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING FEES
- Late Cancelation Fee: $50.00
- No show/No call: 100% of the service. If we are unable to charge your card, we will send you an invoice for the fee. If you respect the business relationship and wish to receive services from us in the future, we appreciate you making this a priority. Send fees to: Venmo: TxSugarMama PayPal: [email protected]
- A 24-hour notice is required for any single service appointment.
- A 48-hour notice is required for any packages or multiple services in excess of 2 hours or more.
Deposits 20-25% are required for any service or package that requires 120 minutes or longer. Deposits are refundable so long as your service is cancelled 48 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit counts toward the cancellation fee.
You are SICK:
- Please reschedule
- Please be mindful and considerate of our time. This means we know you didn’t get the flu 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
- We do not charge a fee for being sick. We offer a ONE TIME grace for LAST MINUTE cancellations.
I’m a woman, what if I get my period?
Cancelling due to Periods/Menstrual Cycles:
- It is OKAY. You may still get sugared. Wear a clean tampon or cup, even if you are “just spotting”.
- Please do NOT free bleed
- You aren’t comfortable and want to reschedule. That is OKAY, we do not want you to be uncomfortable during your sugaring session. Short notice cancellations are still accessed a cancellation fee, but you receive a credit IF you reschedule within ONE WEEK.
DO NOT SHAVE! If you arrive to your sugaring appointment with less than optimal hair length, we will charge you for the appointment and have to reschedule. If you cancel the day of because the hair isn’t long enough, you will be charged. We need at least 10 days of hair growth. This allows us to get all the hair at first go! HYDRATE! Stay away from caffeine.
Hair Removal Appointments:
- No lotion or oil on the part to be sugared. The sugar will NOT ADHERE.
- DO NOT SHAVE. If your hair is too short, you will be charged for the appointment and be rescheduled. Do not worry if your hair is too long, we will trim for you.
- Exfoliate with a body brush or exfoliating wash cloth.
- Hydrate for a few days prior to your appointment. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. This will reduce the amount of hair breakage and enable us to remove more hair by the root.
- REMEMBER: All services are rendered professionally, at no time should any part of the service be confused with anything sensual or sexual. Thank you for respecting our professional boundaries.
New Clients for Maintenance Visits ~ If this is your first visit to Your Body’s ReTreat and you have scheduled a Brazilian Maintenance, the first visit will be $75 and consecutive visits will be $60. Online deals, vouchers and coupons are only valid on regularly priced services.
Facial Service Clients: ~ Please arrive with your makeup removed. Removing your makeup prior will allow more time for the actual treatment and provides more relaxation.
Yelp Deals, Groupon Deals, On-line Discounts, Email Coupons:
Any deals, percentages off, dollars off, discounts or coupons that you receive for services are valid on regularly priced services during normal business hours. This particularly relates to the Brazilian maintenance sugaring visit that is typically $60, which includes a $30 savings incentive to maintain your appointment. Regularly priced Brazilians are $90.00.
Every now and again, we may accommodate clients earlier or later than normal hours and on Sundays and Mondays when we are typically closed. If you would like to use an online deal or coupon, please schedule during our normal business hours.
Location:
Your Body’s ReTreat is located at 204 W. Bedford Euless Rd Suite 101, Hurst, Texas 76053. This location is on the corner of Harrison and Bedford Euless Rd. directly across from Dos Amores Restaurant. There are two main doors to the Bedford Office Suites, 200 and 204. Go inside 204 (the left door, which is sort of hidden), suite 101 will be the first suite on the left. Suite 102 (Melissa) is the second door on the right. Here are some photographs to help you out.
Saturday/Sunday, and After Hour “Privileged” Appointments:
Our normal operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 8:30am-3:30pm. Any scheduled time before or after regular hours, or on Sunday, is considered a special “after hour” appointment and is a privilege. If you cancel or simply do not show for a privileged appointment, you will not be offered one again. Our schedules can be super tight at times. Saturdays are most definitely the most sought after day for appointments and it is difficult to fill no-shows and last minute cancellations. Daily deals, Groupons, discounts and coupons are not valid before or after regular hours, or on Sunday. Please make sure you can commit to appointments made on Saturday and Sundays, or any privileged time slot.

About Bringing Guests and Children to Your Appointment:
(January 26, 2025), Please let us know if you will have children or guests with you.
Relaxing Massage Therapy and Facial sessions are taking place in other suites during our appointment time. There is a small waiting area for guests accompanying you, however, children must be able to maintain quiet conversations as to not disturb massage and facial treatments. We kindly ask guests to silence their cell phones and take conversations outside the suite. Thank you for this consideration.
